Catering Menus

All food menus for events are directed by our Head Chef & Owner, Chef Andrew Bland. Andrew grew up in England and attended culinary school to become a French Cuisine Trained Chef. He has a talented team of Sous Chefs, Cooks, Kitchen Staff, and Bakers to complete each catered event. Our Cocktails are curated by our amazing team of bartenders and mixologists!

Our stocked bar is waiting for your guests to enjoy! We have many options at Brick Landing on Bar Packages. We can offer a price per person depending on the hours of the event, or a bar minimum for your event. Our suppliers are able to deliver us a wide variety of beers, wines, and liquors – just let us know if you want something in particular! And don’t forget the Champagne Toast!
