Celebrate your day at the hidden gem of Wedding & Event Venues along the North Carolina Coast. Rental of the entire venue includes the Waterway View Event Room, Oyster Dining Room, Seabreeze Bar, Seagrass Ceremony Lawn and our Bridal Suite. Each unique space is detailed below:
Our Waterway View Event Room can seat up to 130 guests. Located on the second floor, the panoramic views of the intracoastal waterway are breathtaking. Your guests will love the view!

- White China Package, Silver Flatware and Glassware

Located on the first floor, these spaces are perfect for pre-ceremony, cocktail hour, dining, or even as a backup rain plan location. The black iron chairs and square driftwood styled tables can be left as is or covered with rented linens. This space also includes rental of white china.
The outside Patio has black iron tables and chairs, and can be left as is or covered with linens. For the safety of others, drinks served outside are served in plastic or melamine unless noted.
Located along the intracoastal waterway, your guests will fall in love with the beauty of the Brunswick Islands. Our Ceremony Lawn includes the rental and setup of 120 White Garden Chairs, and our optional white lattice arbor (not including decor or flowers).
Located on the first floor, our Bridal Suite has floor to ceiling mirrors, two hair & makeup artist chairs, and additional seating for your besties. A self-serve drink station, cheese & fruit board and mimosas will be available upon your arrival. We just adore this special part of the big day!

Pricing is subject to increase on holidays and high-demand dates, such as Easter Weekend, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, and other dates. All rental rates are subject to change without notice. Rental rates are confirmed with a signed contract.
