Waterway View Event Room
Open Venue Space on the Second Floor
Our most popular room is the rental of the Waterway View Event Room. This gorgeous space is located on the second level of the Venue. The room comes with a limited number of round tables, banquet tables, and 130 gold chivari chairs. The upstairs space also has it’s own private built-in bar, outside patio, and restrooms. The Waterway View Event Room can accommodate up to 130 guests, with access via the grand staircase or elevator.

First Floor Event Rental Spaces
Upon walking through the foyer, guests can walk into the Oyster Dining Room, Seabreeze Bar, and outside to the Patio space and Seagrass Ceremony Lawn. The Oyster Dining Room & Seabreeze Bar are perfect for smaller intimate events, wedding cocktail hour, or even as a backup wedding ceremony space. The Oyster Dining Room can hold up to 70 guests and the Seabreeze Bar Room can accommodate 40 guests.
Bridal Suite
Get Ready On-Site!
Bring your bridal squad to Brick Landing to get ready before the ceremony! Located on the first floor, our bridal suite has floor to ceiling mirrors, two hair & makeup artist chairs, and additional seating for your besties. A self-serve non-alcoholic drink station, cheese & fruit board and optional mimosas will be available upon your arrival.
